Talents and Skills changes

All talents percentage(%) shown below are at level 10.

PVP Changes:

 Sword/Blademaster Main
Perfect Balance - 25%(15% before) chance of not increasing the Combo Count.
Direct Current skill now decrease AP.

 Spear Main
Piercing Strikes - 6%(3% before) Increased the damage by the closer target.
                            - 10%(6% before) Increased the damage by the further target.
Flame Spear skill now have scaling damage.

 Axe Main
Artic Training - Freezing Axe reduces Physical Defence by 3000(1000 before).

 Bow Main
Sharpshooter - Increases minimum Attack Power by 6%(3% before).

 Gun Main
Hollow Point - On critical hits the target defence will be ignored by 50%(25%) of the bullet`s damage.
Deadeye skill now decreases defences to 2 enemies.

 Cannon Main
Center of the Blast - Basic attacks deal 20%(10% before) extra damage to primary target.
Fragmentation - Basic attacks deals 10%(5% before) extra damage to secondary targets.

 Staff/Battlemage Main
Battle Magic - Increases spell damage by 10%(5% before).
Electron Field skill now have scaling damage.
Righteous Bolt skill damage increased.
Flame Blow skill damage decreased.

 Power Saw Main
Bloody Mess - Increases Storm Blast`s damage by 10%(5% before).
Blades of slaughter - Reduced damage of Chainsaw Blade to 10%.
Reinforced power saw - Reduced damage of Chainsaw Blade to 10%.
Chainsaw Blade skill now have scaling damage.

 Whip Main
Power Surge - Increase Critical Hit chance by 10%(5% before.

 Instrument Main
Requiem* skill fixed and improved.

  *Talent Effect of this skill has been reduced to 0 in PvP to allow us to have more control over it.
We are happy with the results of how the skill behave for now, it may change in future.

 Celestial Hunter Main
Hunter`s Mark skill now have 3 turns cool down.

 Mercenaries

Queen Hippolyte -  Spell of Amazons skill changed from single target to column.
Grim Reaper -  Mantle of Death skill changed from single target to cross(including main).
Mwindo -  Beating Sun skill now have scaling damage.
Elementalist -  Freezing Atmosphere skill now have scaling damage.
Arthur -  Dark Legacy skill % damage increased.

PVE Changes:

 Cannon Main
Defence Breaker - Ignores 20%(10% before) of target`s Physical Defence when dealing a physical attack.

 Power saw Main
Blades of slaughter - Reduced damage of Chainsaw Blade to 100%
Reinforced power saw - Reduced damage of Chainsaw Blade to 100%
Chainsaw Blade skill now have scaling damage and cooldown reduced to 2 turns.

 Staff Main
Flame blow skill % damage decreased and cool down increased to 3.

 Spear Main
Lethal Concentration - Increased any Attack Power buffs by 150%(100% before).
Fire Spear now have scaling damage.

 Instrument Main
Requiem skill duration reduced and damage fixed.

 Battle Mage
Electron Field skill now have scaling damage.
Righteous Bolt* skill damage increased.

*We are aware of the skill issue when a mob die during skill effect and we are trying to fix it as soon as possible.

 Gun Main
Deadeye skill now decreases much more defences during a normal attack.

 Mercenaries
Arthur -  Sage Sword Excalibur skill level increased to 80.
Zhu Rong -  Judgement skill cooldown reduced to 2 turns.
Zhu Rong - Adrenaline skill effect changed from column to line, increased Attack Power buff and reduced cooldown to 2 turns.
Mwindo -  Beating Sun skill now have scaling damage.
Elementalist  - Freezing Atmosphere skill now have scaling damage.
Sae -  Chorus skill % damage increased.

NOTE

All the changes we have done to the above skills and talents are not definitive. This means they might change in the future.
The reason behind all these changes is to allow you to create a strategy when you play whether we talk about PvP where you can counterattack a buff debuff by having the right 
main/mercenaries or in PvE choosing the right formation to fight a boss or doing Dailies for experience and completing the Diary.
